The hardness of granite is high, and it is generally broken into gravels, so the corresponding crushing equipment should be selected.
The processing of granite can be divided into four stages: coarse crushing by jaw crusher, medium and fine crushing by impact crusher or cone crusher, sand shaping and packaging by sand making machine. The first stage: coarse crushing
Big lump granites are evenly fed by the vibrating feeder in the silo, and then transported to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The coarse crushed materials are screened by the vibrating screen, and then transported by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher or cone crusher for medium and fine crushing.
The second stage: medium and fine crushing
After medium and fine crushing, the granite transported to the impact / cone crusher is screened by circular vibrating screen, and the larger particles are sent back to the impact / cone crusher for crushing again.
The third stage: sand making
The broken granite is sent to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping. If clean granite is needed, it can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.
